What is an Integrative Health Coach?
An Integrative Health Coach is a supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food & lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to assist and encourage their clients to meet their health and wellness goals. Health coaches do not hold a “one size fits all” approach. With that, the primary goal of a health coach is to provide advice and guidance in developing a plan, for an individual client or small group, that is based on bio-individuality, to live a healthier and more fulfilled life.
With a tailored approach, a health coach will look at all aspects of an individual’s life. Balancing work life, relationships, exercise, self-esteem, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. They believe that all parts of health are connected and that looking at one individual area of wellness is not enough. Together, the client and coach, customize a plan that is effective in meeting goals toward establishing a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
Integrative Health Coaching per session rates and programs vary according to the length of the term of each individual program.
